How to Use RAVAYA

Getting good results from your RAVAYA comes down to three things: a clean starting point, correct positioning, and a consistent routine. None of it is complicated, but a few small habits make each session more comfortable and more worthwhile.

Before each session

Start with clean, dry skin. Remove makeup, sunscreen and heavy creams first, since anything on the surface can sit between your skin and the light. A light, non-reflective serum is fine, but skip thick occlusive products until after. Make sure the mask sits flush and the eye openings line up correctly — take a moment to adjust the straps. Our Fit and Prepare guide covers this step by step.

During a session

Choose the mode that matches your goal, relax, and let the timer run. Sessions are meant to be short and regular rather than long and occasional — follow the timing built into your device rather than extending it, because more time does not mean more benefit. Keep your eyes closed and comfortable throughout, and if anything feels too warm, stop and give your skin a break.

Building a routine

Consistency is what makes light therapy worthwhile. Most people use their device several times a week, on a schedule they can actually keep, and give it several weeks before judging results. Pair it with the rest of your skincare — cleanse before, moisturize and apply sunscreen after — and it becomes a simple add-on rather than a chore. To match modes to goals, see Understand the Five RAVAYA Light Modes, and review Safety and Suitability before you begin.
